Mai Textile Studio is a textile art studio based in Singapore. The studio is founded by Leong Minyi, a Fashion Design graduate from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts.

My passion for textiles and handcrafting, led me into the countryside of Japan in  2013. There I studied traditional textiles and techniques under an indigo dye master.

Upon my return, the deep rooted sense of affinity with natural dyeing and the craft inspired me to establish  a  studio where every project is an opportunity to blend tradition and the future.
